My Heart for Training and Care of Persons with Disabilities is proud to announce the release of its new discipleship curriculum, “I Miss You”, a spiritual program specially designed to accompany young people with physical disabilities on a deeper journey of faith and knowing God.
This book was developed from the conviction that persons with disabilities are not only an essential part of the church and society, but also individuals with great talents, gifts, and potential. They deserve accessible spiritual and educational resources that support their growth in their relationship with God.
The curriculum consists of twelve progressive lessons, beginning with knowing God as Creator and understanding His love for humanity. It then moves through topics such as sin and salvation in Jesus Christ, prayer, Bible reading, love, forgiveness, spiritual growth, and service.
Rather than being a purely academic textbook, “I Miss You” is designed as an interactive journey that combines learning, reflection, and practical application. Each lesson includes a memory verse, reflection questions, fill-in-the-blank exercises, a Bible study section, true or false statements, and group activities that encourage participants to engage with God’s Word and apply it in daily life.
The goal of “I Miss You” is to encourage young people to build a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, discover their true value in God’s eyes, and grow in discipleship and service.
Sami Alayoub, founder of My Heart for Training and Care of Persons with Disabilities, said:
“Our prayer is that this book will be a source of blessing and encouragement to every young man and woman, helping them experience God’s love in a practical way and grow in faith, confidence, and hope. We believe that God looks at the heart, and that every person has a calling and a mission they can fulfill for His glory.”
My Heart continues its commitment to serving and empowering persons with disabilities through training programs, spiritual development, and community initiatives that promote a more inclusive society built on love, acceptance, and dignity for all.
